Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and resourceful Administrative Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and capable of handling day-to-day administrative duties with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver general administrative and clerical support to maintain smooth and efficient office operations
• Manage and track office supplies, furnishings, and equipment inventory to ensure availability and functionality
• Perform reception duties by welcoming visitors and responding to general enquiries promptly and courteously
• Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare agendas to facilitate productive internal communications
• Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records to support easy retrieval and data integrity
• Support the team with data entry, document preparation, and reporting to enhance operational workflows
• Uphold office security procedures to ensure a safe and secure working environment
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by management to support business needs and team objectives
