Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Application Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software applications from layout to function, according to specifications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build innovative solutions that drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Software Development: Write clean, scalable, and efficient code to build high-quality software applications.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with clients and internal departments to translate business needs into technical specifications and application features.
• Testing & Debugging: Perform unit, integration, and user-acceptance testing to ensure programs are bug-free and fully functional before launch.
• Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve performance, adapt to new hardware, and patch security vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and operational guidelines for end-users and team members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Frameworks & Tools: Experience with relevant frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Software Lifecycle: Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively.
