• This is 6 months to 1-year full-time contract position.
• Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance works for artificial sports courts and related facilities.
• Serve as the primary administrative contact for aftersales service enquiries and maintenance requests.
• Prepare quotations for court accessories, replacement parts, and related products.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
• Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier coordination.
• Coordinate shipping and logistics arrangements for accessories, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records, service schedules, quotations, and administrative documentation.
• Provide general administrative support and perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Requirements

• Good organisational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Experience in administration, customer service, procurement, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in the sports, construction, facilities management, or related industry is a plus.
