Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.

• Manage table reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists efficiently.

• Process customer payments accurately and handle billing transactions when required.

• Respond to guest enquiries and provide timely assistance with professionalism.

• Coordinate guest seating arrangements to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Basic numeracy skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Good communication and customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Responsible, trustworthy, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

• Prior experience in the hotel or F&B industry is preferred.

• Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
