JOB DESCRIPTION

• Keep daily business operations running seamlessly across multiple departments through proactive coordination and workflow management
• Dig into operational data and translate findings into clear, meaningful reports that support confident management decision-making
• Roll up your sleeves and take an active role in planning and executing internal projects and business initiatives from start to finish
• Bridge the communication gap between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects moving forward on time
• Produce polished presentations, reports, and meeting materials that give management the clarity they need to act decisively
• Maintain well-organised documentation and uphold the accuracy of operational records and data across the business
• Monitor KPIs consistently and provide timely visibility into business performance trends and areas requiring attention
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by contributing ideas that streamline internal systems and boost overall efficiency

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
