Job Description:

• Welcome and attend to visitors in a professional and friendly manner

• Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence efficiently

• Coordinate visitor access and ensure compliance with office security procedures

• Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services

• Maintain reception and common areas in a clean, organized, and presentable condition in line with 5S

standards

• Monitor and replenish office supplies and stationery

• Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, and documentation

• Maintain employee access cards, name cards, and contact directories

• Manage vendor listings and coordinate servicing of office equipment and facilities

• Assist in travel bookings, accommodation, and transportation arrangements

• Support expense claims processing and vendor payment tracking

• Assist in organizing meetings, appointments, and company events

• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)

• Coordinate PR/PO approvals with relevant departments

• Support onboarding activities including system setup and issuing uniforms

• Coordinate work pass matters with MOM when required

• Maintain inventory of company-issued items (e.g. uniforms)

• Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned by Management or Department Head

• Previous experience in receptionist, front desk, or administrative role is an

advantage

• Presentable, professional, and service-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized withgood attention to detail

• Able to multitaskin a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Basic understanding of office administration procedures
