We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Managed Services to lead the delivery and governance of enterprise Managed Services engagements across applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and digital services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end service delivery, project execution, operational transition, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and continuous service improvement while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance, security, and service-level commitments.

The role requires close collaboration with technical architects, engineering teams, application support, cloud operations, cybersecurity, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver complex technology initiatives within large enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Managed Services projects across enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resource planning, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams, including Application Support, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, Database Administration, Cybersecurity, Network Operations, and Service Delivery.
• Drive project planning, implementation, transition, stabilization, and operational handover into Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.
• Establish project governance frameworks, delivery methodologies, quality assurance processes, and service acceptance criteria.
• Manage service transition activities, ensuring operational readiness, knowledge transfer, documentation, and support model implementation.
• Oversee change management activities, release planning, deployment scheduling, and production implementation.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, SLAs, OLAs, and operational metrics to ensure successful service delivery.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and technical leads to ensure scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, issue resolution, and executive-level escalation management.
• Manage third-party vendors, outsourcing partners, and managed service providers to ensure contractual and operational compliance.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, project status reporting, and executive stakeholder communications.
• Support incident, problem, and major incident management while driving root cause analysis and continual service improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, IT governance, audit requirements, regulatory policies, and operational controls.
• Drive automation, process optimization, service standardization, and operational excellence initiatives across managed services environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or Managed Services engagements.
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise application, infrastructure, cloud, or platform projects.
• Strong understanding of Managed Services delivery models, IT operations, and service lifecycle management.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Cloud, Infrastructure, Networks, Databases, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Enterprise Applications.
• Experience delivering projects using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL Service Management processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration, and Service Transition Management.
• Experience managing project financials, budgets, forecasting, vendor contracts, and resource planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing enterprise environments supporting mission-critical business applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

• Enterprise Cloud Platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Kubernetes and Container Platforms
• Linux and Windows Server Administration
• Enterprise Networking
• Active Directory and Identity Management
• DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• Terraform, Ansible, or Infrastructure as Code
• Monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
Enterprise Application Support (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

• ITIL Foundation or ITIL Managing Professional
• Agile Scrum Master or SAFe
• Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications (preferred)
