Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and analyse trading exposures, positions, price movements and P&L performance across the company’s physical and paper trading activities.

2. Establish and improve trade risk management processes to ensure trade capture, confirmation, valuation, reconciliation, settlement and reporting are accurate, complete and traceable.

3. Prepare regular risk, exposure, P&L and trading performance reports to support management decision-making.

4. Monitor trading limits, credit risk, market risk and operational risk, and escalate exceptions or unusual activities in a timely manner.

5. Coordinate with Trading, Operations, Finance, Legal & Compliance and Back Office teams to strengthen risk controls and resolve issues across the full trade lifecycle.

6. Review and improve risk management policies, operating procedures, approval authorities, limit structures and internal control requirements, identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

7. Support internal audits, external audits, compliance reviews and process improvement initiatives related to trading risk and internal controls.

8. Train and guide relevant team members to improve professional capability and execution efficiency.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above. Candidates with a major in Risk Management, Compliance, Petroleum, or a related field are preferred.

2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Risk Control and Compliance.

3. Experience in the oil or energy industry is preferred.

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and coordination abilities.
