Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mainframe System Administrator to manage and support the organization's IBM z/OS mainframe environment, including CICS, MQ, storage systems, and related infrastructure. The role involves system administration, platform support, maintenance, upgrades, and ensuring the stability, security, and availability of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support IBM z/OS mainframe environments, including CICS and MQ.
• Manage mainframe hardware, storage, tape, and SAN infrastructure.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade mainframe systems and software.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Plan and execute system maintenance, changes, and platform enhancements.
• Support infrastructure projects, audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
• Manage security administration using RACF.

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in mainframe system administration, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of z/OS, TSO, JES2, ISPF, RACF, JCL, CICS, and MQ .
• Experience with IBM mainframe hardware, storage, and system software.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
