The Senior End User Computing Engineer will be responsible for architecting, implementing and managing a comprehensive range of end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, tablet. This role focuses on migration projects, performance optimization and the integration of various EUC technologies. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in EUC solutions and technical leadership.

Requirement:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in end-user computing, including significant experience in designing and implementing EUC solutions across a diverse range of devices and leading migration projects.
• Technical Skills:
• Operating systems: Extensive experience with Windows 10/11, iOS
• VDI Solutions: Advanced knowledge of VMware Horizon, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Thin clients
• Device Management: Proficiency in managing desktops, laptops, thin clients using Microsoft End Point Manager (Intune), MECM, Altiris and Mobile Device Management Solutions.
• Security: Experience with endpoint security solutions, encryption technologies and security best practices.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues across multiple devices.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
