Roles & Responsibilities

Mainly all general administration Job

Admin

• Answer Phone Calls

• Sample board assembling

• In charge of worker hardware request

• Scanning and Filing

• Open letter box, mailing

• Matching of invoices and Do, generate PO

• Data entry

• Assist in account auditing

• Assist in Bca auditing

• Assist in safety documents submission

• Ad-hoc
  

HR

• Keep track of workers passes expiry date/ Course expiry date/ apply new courses for workers

• In charge of uniforms to workers

• Booking of air tickets

• Perform new application and renewal for staffs and workers WP

• Perform security bond checking and purchase security bond

• Updating Leaves and MC Records

• Ad-hoc

Requirement:

• ITE are welcome

• No experience require

• Posses willing to learn attitude

• 5.5 Day days/Week (Mon-Sat)

• 8.30am-5:30pm, Sat Half Day
