Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IBM WAS/MQ Administrator (L3) to provide Level 3 production support for enterprise middleware platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the availability, performance, and security of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM MQ, IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and JBoss environments. This role involves incident resolution, change implementation, system administration, production readiness, automation, and continuous service improvement while working closely with infrastructure, application, architecture, and project teams.

The role requires participation in shift support and 24/7 on-call rotation for critical production environments.
