Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Assistant / Senior Clinic Assistant to support daily clinic operations, assist healthcare professionals, manage patient records, and maintain high standards of patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients upon arrival to create a welcoming clinic experience
• Schedule patient appointments and accurately manage patient records to ensure efficient clinic workflow
• Assist healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures to support quality care delivery
• Process billing and insurance claims to enable timely and accurate administrative operations
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment to uphold safety and hygiene standards
• Deliver patient care that aligns with clinical guidelines to ensure patient satisfaction and timely service
• Address patient concerns and feedback promptly to foster a patient-centered environment
• Protect patient confidentiality and privacy in all interactions and record handling

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum of “N” level or NITEC certificate
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with patients and team members
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Proficiency in computer software to support administrative and clinical tasks
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
