Roles &Responsibilities

• Understanding customer needsand provide information required to encourage a purchase.

• Consistently promoting andselling company products and services.

• Achieve the monthly salestarget set by the Company.

• Organise and supervise shifts

• Coordinate and supervise allaspects of service, ensuring all customers have a positive experience

• Any other ad-hoc duties asassigned by the Company

Qualifications& Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Retail industry preferably in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
