Job Scope

• Ensure timely IRAS submissions (IR8A, IR21) and tax clearances.
• GST returns, CPF, Tax filings and submission
• Liaise with client on payments.
• Monitor the AR collection and closely follow up on the overdue accounts.
• Well-versed in QuickBooks Software
• Prepare Invoice and sent to client.
Liaise with Auditors during the yearly audit

Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess at least minimum NITEC / LCCI / Diploma in Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience maintaining full set of accounts.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Possess positive working attitude, meet deadlines

3 days week or Part-Time staff also welcome
