Job Summary

We seek a highly organized and empathetic Admin Executive to provide administrative support that ensures smooth funeral service operations and compassionate assistance to grieving families.

Responsibilities

• Manage phone calls, emails, and office supplies to maintain efficient office operations
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings to support team activities
• Prepare and process documentation required for funeral services accurately and timely
• Maintain organized, accurate records and files for easy retrieval and compliance
• Support funeral operations by coordinating logistical arrangements with internal teams
• Liaise effectively with families, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless service delivery
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Provide compassionate, respectful assistance to grieving families both over the phone and in person
• Adapt to a fast-paced, sensitive environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in administrative roles is advantageous BUT not necessary
• Proficiency in multiple languages is advantageous for effective communication with diverse clients
