Job Description

We are seeking a Contracts Engineer (Electrical) to support contract administration activities for M&E construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and issue contractual letters, notices and correspondence to clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Assist in the preparation of Variation Orders (VOs), Extension of Time (EOT) submissions and other contractual documents.
• Review contract documents, specifications and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams on contract-related matters and submissions.
• Maintain proper records of contractual documents and correspondence.
• Monitor contractual deadlines and follow up on outstanding issues.
Travel to project sites when required to support project and contractual matters.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction or M&E industry.
• Prior experience as an Electrical Engineer will be an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of contract administration, VO and EOT processes.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and contract documents.
• Good written communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior positions.
