About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join JES ONE (M&E) PTE LTD as an Account and Admin Executive. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounting , administrative and some HR functions from our office in the Sembawang North Region. This is a critical role that will support the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly reporting
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and responding to customer/vendor inquiries
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective business operations
• Comply with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies
• ad-hoc tasks

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounts or administration role, preferably in the Accounting industry
• Strong proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and other office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and regulations
• Proactive reporting

We are a company for doing ACMV air conditioning chilled water part for project basic. We are looking for candicate who possess good soft skill like communication, able to speak in english fluently, hardworking, able to read ACMV drawings, take off quantity from ACMV drawings to prepare quotation, costing negotiation and able to do submission to relevant parties to request job started. You are required to liaise with our client and supplier for all the relevant documents if requested during the project schedule.
