• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and budgets .
• Manage contracts, tenders, and procurement .
• Monitor cost control, reporting, and payments .
• Handle variations, claims, and final accounts .

Requirements:

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Landscaping or related field.
• Experience in cost estimation, contracts (FIDIC, JCT), and procurement .
• Proficiency in CostX, AutoCAD, or similar software .
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills .
