We are looking for a responsible and motivated Supervisor / General Foreman to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and according to project requirements.

• Lead and manage construction workers, subcontractors, and site operations.

• Plan work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently.

• Monitor work progress, quality, and productivity.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders.

• Conduct daily site briefings and resolve site issues promptly.

• Prepare daily work reports and maintain site documentation.

• Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction site supervision or as a General Foreman.

• Experience in coordinating multiple construction activities and managing site workers.

• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Familiar with Singapore construction safety regulations and site practices.

• Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site execution.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Candidates with experience in renovation, M&E, electrical, fire protection, or general building works are encouraged to apply.
