• Screen applicant resumes and coordinate interview schedules to ensure efficient hiring processes

筛选应聘者简历，并安排面试时间，确保招聘流程顺畅

• Communicate with candidates to provide updates and followup on recruitment progress

与候选人沟通，提供进展更新并跟进招聘情况

• Assist with onboarding and orientation activities to support new employee integration

协助新员工入职及培训安排，帮助其顺利融入公司

• Maintain and update recruitment records and applicant databases accurately for HR reference

维护及更新招聘记录与候选人资料库，确保资料准确

• Provide administrative support to the HR department to facilitate smooth operations

提供人事行政支持，确保部门运作顺畅

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management to support HR functions

完成管理层交办的其他相关工作

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

良好的沟通与人际交往能力

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

有责任心，积极主动，能独立完成工作

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)

具备基本电脑操作能力（Microsoft Office 软件）
