Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage QA activities to support both internal (supply chain) & external (supplier/customer) stakeholders


Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Customer Quality Communication and Satisfaction

  • Proactively develop plans with Suppliers and Internal Teams to promote Quality, Operations, Process and product improvements for customers.

  • Derive and own the voice of the customer regarding Product, Process, and Quality systems and drive improvement projects within the company / Supplier.

  • Manage Suppliers and Internal Teams to follow up Quality-related Process/ Product Change Notification to customers.


  • Respond to Customer Issues Regarding Product Quality and Quality Systems

  • Participate in investigation and resolution of product and non-product feedback from customers, to ensure accountability towards quality report management.
  • Prepare, follow up, and update corrective action reports to meet the objective of customer feedback.
  • Participate in customer site visits and customer on-site audits.
  • ssist in reviewing customer specifications to ensure consistency with information provided by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare data analysis and trend reviews with both external (Customer and Supplier) and internal stakeholder, when required.

  • Quality Assurance - Product Release
  • Quality Assurance gate for Material (Traded & Production) routine release with our enterprise system.
Quality Assurance gate for Releasing/blocking of materials on functional activities like Non-Conformance Management and Inventory transfer.


    • Non-Conformance Material Review (NCMR) Management

    • Participate in Block/Stock meeting on behalf of the Quality Assurance Department.

    • Provide disposition direction on material under NCMR.

    • Periodically update and manage the status of Non-Conformance Management Review, for closure.

    Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.


    Minimum Educational (Formal Training, Languages, Abilities) and Experience Requirements:

    • Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Engineering related discipline (Quality, Chemical, Manufacturing)

    • Experience in Manufacturing/Supplier management is preferred.

    • Fresh graduate with strong interest & good attitude is also strongly encouraged to apply

    • Salary and position will be commensurate with experiences.


    Other Requirements:

    • Ability to communicate in Mandarin due to demographics of supplier/customer.
