Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient registrations.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
• Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with TCM physicians and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible, and well-organized.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and appointment scheduling systems).
• Prior experience in a clinic, healthcare, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients.
