Administrative Duties

• Front-Desk & Communications: Manage reception, answer queries (phone, walk-in, email), and handle mail.

• Logistics & Transport: Coordinate transport services and general logistics.

• Student Care: Attend to ill or injured students, including hospital accompaniment when necessary.

• General Administration: Handle filing, process the Financial Assistance Scheme for students, and complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

CCA & Media Support

• Media Production: Capture, edit, and touch up photos and videos for key events.

• Social Media & Branding: Upload media content, maintain Facebook updates for school events, and support marketing materials to promote school branding.

Committee & Operations Support

• Publications & Promotions: Help organize promotional talks and activities for primary schools.

• Risk Management: Consolidate RAMS reports.

• School Events & Programs: Support teachers during competitions, school celebrations

Working Hours

Either shift 1 or 2, subject to school’s need:
Shift 1

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

OR

Shift 2

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

• Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break

Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• GCE “A” Level or equivalent;

• Microsoft office skills;

• Fluent in English. Ability to speak another language will be an added advantage

• Experience in administration

• Preferably with Photography/Videography/Multimedia editing skills
