Job Roles & Responsibilities

• First Aid Management : Attend to unwell or injured students and administer basic first aid.
• Frontline & Counter Support : Handle the primary front desk counter, incoming telephone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
• Inventory Control : Monitor, log, and maintain general office and first-aid supply kits.
• Student Records : Manage pupil databases, record updates, and class attendance logging.
• Event Logistics : Assist school staff with events, activities, and operational campaigns.
• General Office Admin : Complete administrative duties assigned by the General Office management team.

Job Requirements

• Education : Possess a post-secondary qualification (ITE, GCE A-Levels, Diploma, or equivalent).
• Certifications : Valid First Aid with CPR and AED certification is strongly preferred.
• Software Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Soft Skills : Excellent interpersonal communication and front-facing customer service skills.
• Prior Experience : Previous administrative experience in an MOE school environment is highly advantageous.

Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)

Rest Days : Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted Public Holidays
