• Keep employee record up to date

• Monitor workers training expiry

• Filing of HR documents

• Employee welfare (accommodation, benefits)

• Assists in recruitment activities (sourcing candidate, liaise with agents, first interview)

• Assist in company outreach

• Festival celebration

• Any others HR matters

Administrative

• In charge of office maintenance (unit renewal)

• Ordering office pantry and stationery

• Receive in coming and send outgoing mails

• Prepare project contract (tender documents)

• Arranging business travel

• Assist in organising company’s events (meetings, bonding activities, learning sessions and outreach)

• Assist in preparation for festive celebration

• Attending to guests

• Answering incoming calls

• Festive gift arrangement

• Any other admin matters
