Job Summary

Hiap Tong Crane & Transport Pte Ltd seeks an Admin Assistant (Operations) to support customer service, manpower and equipment planning, documentation, and interdepartmental coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Assist in planning, booking, and sourcing manpower and equipment to support operational needs
• Maintain accurate daily and monthly records of manpower and equipment bookings for reporting and tracking
• Prepare and manage operational documentation to support smooth workflow and compliance
• Coordinate tasks and information flow between various departments to enhance teamwork and efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties to support daily operations and team requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel to create and update documents and records
• Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and workers
• Manage workload efficiently under fast-paced conditions and meet tight deadlines
• Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication and responsiveness
