We're partnering with a global leader in filtration, separation, and purification technologies to hire a Business Intelligence Analyst (Commercial Analytics) . This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals to build valuable experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics, and Data Visualization while supporting regional business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to track key commercial KPIs, including sales performance, pipeline health, and business trends.
• Analyse business data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and maintenance to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.
• Support commercial analytics initiatives by identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
• Analyse marketing campaigns, customer segments, and market performance to support business growth.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop effective dashboard solutions.
• Identify data gaps and recommend improvements to reporting logic and business intelligence processes.
• Utilise Business Intelligence tools and emerging AI technologies to enhance reporting capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Candidates with up to 3 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or other analytics tools will be advantageous.
• Exposure to ERP or CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across different business functions.
