Job Summary

Periodically update house designs and produce detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and SketchUp. Coordinate design updates with professional engineers (PE) and architects. Ensure all details align with engineering and architectural standards. Manage submissions and verify subcontractor drawings under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Use AutoCAD and SketchUp software to create and update detailed architectural drawings for residential projects
• Coordinate design revisions and updates with professional engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and verify subcontractor details and drawings to confirm alignment with engineering and architectural designs
• Manage submission processes for all design documents and subcontractor drawings to meet project requirements
• Maintain diligence and attention to detail to ensure all design elements match engineering and architectural standards
• Work effectively under tight schedules, managing time and priorities to meet project deadlines
