Job Summary

Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks including fault handling and replacements. Assist with visual inspections and provide recommendations for general maintenance work during scheduled weekday visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical and electrical fault diagnosis and perform necessary replacements to maintain equipment functionality
• Assist in visual inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs
• Advise on general maintenance work required based on inspection findings
• Complete assigned maintenance visits twice weekly on weekdays from 9am to 6pm

• Work schedule: 2 visits weekly on weekdays, 9am to 6pm (8 hours per visit)
• Condo - Bukit Timah area
• Contract duration: 1 year, from 3 Oct 2026 to 2 Oct 2027
