Job Description

• Assist the Director and team in daily operations.

• Support client relationship management and customer engagement.

• Coordinate appointments, meetings and follow-up with clients.

• Prepare and manage client documentation and administrative matters.

• Attend client meetings, training sessions, seminars and networking events.

• Assist in organising events and business activities.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide quality customer service.

• Maintain accurate client records and updates.

• Sales support and KPI met.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A-Level, Local Diploma or bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good written and organizational skills.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Fluent in English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

• No experience required. Training will be provided.
