Responsibilities
Monthly Salary: Up to S$4,800 / month (Negotiable)
Working Address: Orchard
Working Hours: 44 hours/week, 5 days

Responsibilities and Duties

Welcome and assist customers with inquiries and service guidance.

Receive buy-in items; support documentation, tagging and processing.

POS/Cashier operations, sales reconciliation, and payment processing.

General administrative tasks: scheduling, filing, data entry, and email correspondence.

Inventory management and stockroom organisation.

Coordinate and report with Japan HQ.
Qualification & Requirements
Required
- Business-level English proficiency (for daily customer service,
Preferred
- Experience in customer service, retail or administrative roles.
- Interest in luxury or pre-owned goods (training provided for newcomers).
Other Requirements

- Accuracy and attention to detail in cash handling and POS reconciliation.
