Reports to: Executive Manager & Operations

Role Summary

Hands-on operational lead responsible for maximising safety, efficiency, and property upkeep at Republik Damansara Heights. Manages OPEX budgets, vendor compliance, and M&E infrastructure while cultivating strong relationships with upscale retail and F&B tenants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Operations: Conduct routine overall site inspections, resolve work orders, and supervise third-party vendors; cleaning, security, valet and waste management.

2. Asset & Budget Management: Execute preventive maintenance schedules, oversee service contracts, manage tenant fitouts, renovations, restoration, and track OPEX costs.

3. F&B & Tenant Relations: Act as primary operational liaison for luxury tenants; manage F&B infrastructure including grease traps, exhaust systems, waste, and utility metering.

4. Compliance & Safety: Enforce OSHA/DOSH standards, conduct fire drills, ensure Bomba/DBKL compliance, and direct emergency response protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

2. Experience: Minimum 4 years of hands-on commercial property operations, ideally within high-end lifestyle or F&B hubs.

3. Technical Expertise: Solid background in M&E systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and local building by-laws.

4. Core Competencies: Strong vendor and OPEX budget management, excellent tenant-handling skills, and proven crisis leadership under pressure.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
