• Conduct corporate training programmes for companies and their employees.
• Deliver workshops, seminars, presentations, and learning sessions.
• Facilitate activities, discussions, role plays, simulations, and assessments.
• Adapt training style according to different audiences and industries.
• Develop or customise training materials, modules, slides, exercises, and activities.
• Review and update existing training content.
• Design programmes based on clients' learning needs and business objectives.
• Research new topics, industry trends, and training methodologies.
• Communicate with clients to understand their training requirements.
• Identify employee skill gaps and learning objectives.
• Recommend suitable courses or customised programmes.
• Sometimes conduct pre-training surveys or interviews.
• Work closely with HR, L&D, managers, and company representatives.
• Discuss training requirements, schedules, learning outcomes, and feedback.
• Maintain good relationships with corporate clients.
• Support repeat business and client retention.
• Collect participant feedback after programmes.
• Evaluate whether learning objectives have been achieved.
• Prepare training reports and recommendations.
• Improve programmes based on participant and client feedback.
• Participate in sales presentations and client meetings.
• Conduct course briefings or product demonstrations.
• Support proposals and training quotations.
• Assist the sales team in converting prospects into clients.
• Build a professional network and potentially generate training leads.
• Prepare training materials and equipment.
• Maintain attendance records and training documentation.
• Submit post-training reports.
• Coordinate with programme coordinators on logistics and schedules.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Experience:
