• Involved in the shop's mobile phone repair operation
• Attend to customer's inquiries and prepare a quotation and describe repair features and benefits
• Ensure the repair work is strictly following company standard operating procedure.
• Maintained tools and test equipment in working condition.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Assist in daily operations including sales, inventory, and shop maintenance

Requirement:

• Training providedSPM / O Level / SKM Level 1 / SKM Level 2 / SKM Level 3 or Equivalent
• Able to work 6 days a week
• Discipline, self-motivated and independent
• Computer literate (Basic)
• Experience preferred but not essential
