Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing day-to-day lorry and driver-related matters, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Assist in resolving daily staff operational issues
• Support supervisors and work closely with assistant administrator
• Follow up on assigned tasks, monitor progress, and provide timely updates to the superior.
• Handle operational phone calls and WhatsApp communications professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate general operational activities and provide on-site support whenever required.

Requirements:

Must Have:

• Valid GDL (Goods Driving Licence).
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• A good team player with a cooperative and positive attitude.
• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls and communicating through WhatsApp
• Proactive, hardworking, and willing to go on-site when needed
• Basic computer skills and ability to handle routine tasks.
• Willing to learn and take initiative to improve work processes.
• Able to handle non-halal materials/products as required.
• For Local Malaysian Only

Good to Have:

• Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or fast-paced business environments.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
