1. IT Infrastructure & Network

• Maintain and monitor the company’s IT infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, servers, and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, system access, and performance issues.
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and configuration of network and IT equipment.
• Ensure stable IT connectivity for office and production areas.

2. Hardware & Software Support

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install and update operating systems, software, drivers, and security applications.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems in a timely manner.
• Maintain proper records of IT equipment, software, and assigned assets.

3. User Technical Support

• Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees.
• Create and manage user accounts, access rights, passwords, and system permissions.
• Assist employees with email, Microsoft Office, shared folders, network access, and other IT-related issues.
• Respond to IT support requests and ensure issues are properly followed up and resolved.

4. Server & System Administration

• Assist in maintaining company servers, file servers, applications, and related systems.
• Monitor system performance and availability.
• Perform regular backups and assist with data recovery when required.
• Support system upgrades, installations, migrations, and maintenance activities.

5. Manufacturing / Production IT Support

• Provide IT support to production lines, warehouses, and other operational areas.
• Support production-related systems, ERP/MRP systems, barcode systems, terminals, and other digital equipment where applicable.
• Troubleshoot IT issues that may affect production operations and coordinate urgent repairs where necessary.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and other departments to resolve system-related issues.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
