Full Time IT Project Manager (Banking) Jobs, salary up to MYR 13,000 in Mindpec Solutions Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale IT projects, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and post-deployment support. You will manage cross-functional teams, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful delivery in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, build, test, deployment & closure
• Manage stakeholders, vendors, risks, issues, and budgets
• Oversee design, development, and infrastructure setup
• Ensure compliance with project governance and documentation standards
• Provide regular project updates and reporting to key stakeholders
• 1. Perform assessment for Projects / CRs / ITSR & PIF
• Upon assignment, arrange meetings/discussions with business to understand their plan and requirements.
• Review, prioritise and refine initiatives together with business.
• Challenge the quality, rebustness and completeness of the requirements.
• 2. Obtain and deliver High Level Cost, High Level Solution (HLS) and High Level

Requirements:

• 5 years in IT Project Management
• Experience with projects > RM10M in banking/finance
• Strong SDLC,and stakeholder management skills
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
