Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, support, and maintain packaged/SaaS applications to meet business requirements
• Manage application releases, enhancements, and ensure overall system stability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
• Handle access controls, user roles, and security-related configurations in SAP
• Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for better functionality and user experience
• Support testing activities and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Participate in team discussions, contribute to key project decisions, and guide junior team members
• Conduct knowledge-sharing or training sessions on new tools/features

Required Skills:

• Mandatory: Strong hands-on experience in SAP Security
• Good understanding of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)
• Knowledge of SAP Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Experience in testing processes and quality improvement
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
