Job Title: Store Executive / Warehouse Executive

Job Description

• Inventory Integrity & Asset Protection: Maintain a high level of personal discipline and accountability in safeguarding company stock, ensuring the store is kept clean, organized, and strictly secured against discrepancies or losses.
• Warehouse Management: Strategically manage day-to-day warehouse operations in full compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational vision.
• Inbound & Outbound Operations: Oversee and streamline all receiving, warehousing, inventory storage, and distribution activities to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Policy Implementation: Execute and maintain standard operational policies, workplace procedures, and inventory control measures.
• Safety & Maintenance: Ensure the safe, effective utilization of warehouse equipment while maintaining a secure, hazard-free working environment for all staff.
• Data & Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring highly accurate, up-to-date records of all warehouse transactions, stock movements, and activities.
• Fleet Awareness: Monitor and maintain close awareness of the condition, scheduling, and location of company fleet vehicles.
• Ad-Hoc Duties: Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or operational tasks as instructed by the Management.

Requirements, Skills & Knowledge

• Education: Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse operations, stock control, or logistics management.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of standard warehouse management procedures, robust inventory controls, and stock audit practices.
• Leadership & Soft Skills: Outstanding leadership capabilities with excellent organizational, multitasking, and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required (the ability to speak Mandarin or local dialects is an added advantage for vendor/driver coordination).
• PC Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or generic inventory/ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
