Link Asset Management Limited Hiring! Full Time Accountant - AU-UK in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

• Responsible for monthly financial accounting and management reporting activities for AU and UK portfolio, as well as assisting in performance analysis for management decision-making.

• Handle month-end closing and management reporting for Australian and UK portfolio
• Prepare monthly consolidated reporting package
• Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Assist in interim and annual accounting and audit process
• Prepare periodic and ad-hoc analysis reports to support management decisions
• Collaborate with asset management team, external consultants and co-owners
• Assist on M&A transactions and other ad hoc assignments as required
• Eligible for job rotation to other roles in Finance department for career development depending on performance and availability

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant of HKICPA
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from real estate industry, property management company or Big 4 accounting firms
• High proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel functions and PowerPoint; experience in Power BI is a plus
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Hands-on, proactive, meticulous and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
