Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graduate Architect role based in Georgetown. The Graduate Architect will support project teams in developing conceptual and detailed architectural designs, preparing drawings, models, and presentations. Responsibilities include assisting with design development and documentation, coordinating with consultants, and contributing to design reviews and project meetings. The role involves participating in site visits, gathering project requirements, and helping ensure design intent is maintained through all project phases. The Graduate Architect will also collaborate closely with senior architects to refine design solutions and gain exposure to project management and delivery processes.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and visual presentations.
  • Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM platforms, and digital workflows.
  • Basic exposure to Project Management, including organizing tasks, tracking deadlines, and supporting coordination with consultants and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent professional qualification; eligibility or intention to pursue professional registration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented studio environment.
  • Effective communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and respond constructively to feedback.
  • Willingness to learn, demonstrate initiative, and engage in all stages of the design and construction process.
