Job Description:

Project Management & Site Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring site activities according to the project schedule, including the field team and personnel on site, to ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Monitor project progress to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract scope and specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress and ad-hoc reports for projects.
• Prepare documents for the procurement of materials within the allocated budget.
• Carry out site surveys and prepare proposals for submission.
  
  

Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with clients on design matters and coordinate with the management team, supply chain, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal support functions.
• Attend meetings with clients and contractors and deliver presentations when required.
• Assist in preparing progress claims.
  
  

Project Cost & Financial Management

• Monitor and review the overall financial performance of each project against the approved plan.
• Identify potential cost overruns and take appropriate action to mitigate overspending and ensure projects remain within budget.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
  
  

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
