Job Description:

Project Management & Execution

• Responsible for all project activities, including the field team and personnel on site, ensuring that quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with the contract scope and specifications.
• Lead the project team in the execution and delivery of projects.
• Plan project activities and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct site surveys, including pre-commencement and post-project surveys.
  
  

Project Planning & Cost Management

• Prepare and submit progress reports, progress claims, safety reports, material purchase requests, and other ad-hoc project reports.
• Monitor project progress, budget, and cost control to ensure projects remain on track.
• Take appropriate action to mitigate cost overruns and ensure the overall financial performance of each project is managed effectively.
  
  

Stakeholder & Contractor Coordination

• Liaise with clients and consultants on design matters and coordinate with the management team, supply chain, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal support functions.
• Coordinate and liaise with architects, consultants, main contractors, vendors, subcontractors, clients, and relevant authorities.
• Attend site meetings with customers and vendors.
• Maintain effective communication with external parties and internal departments on matters including drawing approvals, samples, schedules, delays, technical clarifications, Extension of Time (EOT), and other project-related matters.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
  
  

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Project Management, or equivalent.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
  
  

Certifications

• WSQ Manage Workplace Safety and Health in Construction Sites (CSCPM) or Construction Safety Course for Project Managers – CSCPM Certification.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
• Effective written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to learn and possesses a positive, results-oriented attitude.
