Bybit Hiring! Full Time KYB Manager in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate KYB-related projects including new market launches, product onboarding flows, remediation programs, and process automation initiatives.
• Own and develop KYB policies, procedures, and risk frameworks in alignment with regulatory requirements and organisational risk appetite.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to ensure KYB requirements are embedded across business processes and product design.
• Participate in vendor selection and oversight for KYB tooling, and assist in coordinating the development of in-house solutions with Product and Engineering.
• Support the launch of new jurisdictions and branches by assessing local KYB requirements and adapting frameworks accordingly.
• Produce management information and reporting on KYB operations, risks, and project progress for the Global MLRO.
• Drive continuous improvement of KYB processes through data analysis, automation, and emerging technology adoption.
• May involve oversight of KYB analysts, including workload management, coaching, and quality assurance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in KYB, KYC/CDD, corporate due diligence, or financial crime compliance, with at least 2 years in a senior or programme-level role.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures, UBO frameworks, and entity verification across multiple jurisdictions.
• Demonstrated experience managing compliance projects end-to-end, from scoping through implementation and reporting.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams on compliance-related initiatives.
• Familiarity with global AML/CFT regulations, beneficial ownership transparency requirements, and licensing frameworks.
• Experience with vendor evaluation and management for compliance tooling is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Embraces AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and streamline compliance processes.
