The Role
This position leads enterprise IT strategy and operations for a large, complex organization, reporting into senior executive leadership. The mandate covers digital transformation, cybersecurity and risk governance, infrastructure and systems reliability, budget ownership, and team leadership across a multi-site or matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise IT strategy and execution, aligned to business priorities
- Lead major transformation programs: ERP, cloud migration, analytics, automation, and cybersecurity initiatives
- Ensure reliability, security, and continuous improvement of core systems and infrastructure
- Manage multi-million dollar IT budgets and vendor/RFP processes
- Establish IT governance and security standards across the organization
- Lead and develop IT teams across multiple sites or business units
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's/MBA preferred
- 15-20+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior management roles
- Track record managing multi-million dollar IT budgets and enterprise-scale portfolios
- Demonstrated delivery of large-scale digital transformation (ERP, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics, or automation)
- Experience operating in large, decentralized, or matrixed organizations
- Strong cybersecurity and governance knowledge
- Proven executive stakeholder management track record
Preferred
- ITIL, CISSP, TOGAF, PMP, CISM, or cloud architect certification
- Hands-on exposure to AI platform integration or enterprise data/analytics platforms
