Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline while ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Responsible for independently leading and delivering multiple projects concurrently with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively manage resources, resolve issues, and engage stakeholders effectively to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met.
  • Prepare tender specifications.
  • Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings, presentations, and project updates with senior leaders.
  • Manage expectations, risks, and issues proactively.
  • Prepare project budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Track variances and implement corrective actions where needed
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations and implement improvements.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, contractors, and vendors.
  • Provide guidance, support, and conflict resolution to drive performance.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented cultur

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience (facilities management, engineering, or construction sector is an advantage).
  • Experience working with government or commercial clients is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and project reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
