Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee role is a full-time, on-site position based in Johore, Malaysia. The trainee will rotate across key business functions to gain exposure to takaful operations, customer service, sales support, and business strategy. Daily tasks may include assisting with data analysis, preparing reports and presentations, supporting project implementation, and coordinating with cross-functional teams on operational and customer-focused initiatives. The role also involves participating in structured training, contributing ideas to improve processes and performance, and engaging in leadership and development activities. Management trainees are expected to take an active role in learning, demonstrate initiative, and build a strong foundation for a future leadership career within PruBSN.
