Key Responsibilities

1. Drive sales activities through face‑to‑face meetings, calls, virtual engagements, and participation in industry trade shows, aligned with your Individual Business Plan or project roadmap.
2. Build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts to strengthen Muehlbauer’s presence across Asia.
3. Present Muehlbauer’s solutions confidently using professional marketing materials and product knowledge.
4. Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.
5. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and expense submissions in a timely manner.
6. Represent and promote Muehlbauer’s corporate culture with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.
7. Embrace change, adapt quickly, and take on additional responsibilities when required.
8. Participate in regional trade shows to showcase Muehlbauer’s technologies and reinforce our position as a market leader in total traceability solutions for factories.

What We're Looking For

1. Proactive and strong eagerness in planning, budgeting, forecasting to analyze and drive business performance.
2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Semiconductor and Automation industry.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
4. Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.
5. Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality work
