About the Job

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment activities and connect suitable talent with hiring opportunities across various industries.

The role is responsible for candidate sourcing, screening, job matching, talent pipeline development and stakeholder engagement to support the Company's recruitment requirements and hiring outcomes.


Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting or HR Generalist roles is required.
  • Proven ability to source, screen and attract quality talent through multiple recruitment channels and sourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of candidate assessment, hiring requirements and job matching, with the ability to identify suitable candidates based on specific role requirements.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, resourceful and results-oriented approach.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple recruitment assignments.
  • Willing to travel and work at various locations across Malaysia based on business and operational requirements.


Job Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, CV screening, preliminary interviews, candidate assessment, job matching and candidate referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels, proactive search strategies and headhunting techniques.
  • Assess candidate suitability against hiring requirements and provide appropriate career and interview guidance to improve candidates' readiness for employment opportunities.
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders to understand hiring requirements, candidate profiles and recruitment priorities and provide appropriate recruitment support.
  • Plan, coordinate and participate in career fairs, recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, talent outreach programmes and other recruitment initiatives at local and national levels.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and relevant stakeholders to support recruitment activities and achieve agreed hiring and placement outcomes.
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines, candidate progress and hiring outcomes, and provide timely updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform other recruitment-related assignments, projects and ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.
